Wash the vehicle and inspect the paint condition → Prepare tools and cut the film → Thoroughly clean the application area → Position film and leave edge margins → Squeegee out air and water → Edge wrapping and finishing → Conduct final inspection and deliver the vehicle

Heat transfer is a complex phenomenon, usually divided into three main mechanisms: thermal radiation, convection, and conduction.The primary mode of heat transfer from sunlight is direct solar radiation. As automotive interior components continuously absorb heat from sunlight, the temperature inside the vehicle rises. Automotive window films achieve heat insulation mainly by reducing solar radiation energy.

Slowly lift the film at a 45° angle and pull it back, allowing the adhesive layer to naturally release from the paint. Do not forcibly fold or tear the film to avoid adhesive residue on the vehicle surface.It is recommended to use a steam heater to soften the film; cooler temperatures (<55°F / <13°C) make adhesive removal easier.Dealer Tip: Always inform vehicle owners that PPF removal should be performed by professional technicians to prevent paint damage.
